Podcast | Television Series Travel By Dart On The Positive Phil Podcast

Sorin Mihailovici, Sorin is the founder of Travel by Dart TV series. Every episode, him and a friend throw a dart at the world map and travel wherever it lands, with the purpose of helping the land or the people. (see more under details) Travel by Dart www.travelbydart.com

Travel by Dart is a television series that combines travel, inspiration, business and philanthropy. Every episode, two friends (Sorin Mihailovici and Matt Cook) throw a dart at the world map and travel wherever it lands with the purpose of helping the land or the people. Whether it’s about building a school in Vietnam or a playground in Argentina, they’ll do just that.

After shooting two pilot episodes – one at the North Pole, one in Russia – the two producers are now filming a full season consisting of 12 episodes. Wherever they’re going, they are bringing along people and businesses that want to be part of the show in a strategic way.

The concept turned into a TV show when Sorin told Matt how he sees a successful life: “I want one day to be able to get my wife and my kid and ask them whey they want to travel next. Better yet, let’s throw a dart at the world map and go wherever it lands. Right now. To me, that’s a successful life because in order to achieve that you need to have everything else taken care of: financial freedom, a job of your own, liberty to do whatever you want with whoever you want. Whenever you want”.

After a few days, the two friends decided that they shouldn’t wait to get married and have kids in order to do that. They threw the first dart and off they went! And now they turned that into a business that’s also their lifestyle.

They are filming their full season from now until April 2017, for a premiere in the summer. Travel by Dart’s official website is:

Besides the common questions we usually get (How did we start, how did we come up with the idea, where we at right now, etc) we have a couple of questions that would be great if you can ask us:

How can people get involved? (the core of our business)

What’s in it for them? (people and businesses involved)

Are you in discussions with any international distributors for the show?

Where can one find you? We’ve been featured on a series of media platforms. Here are some links:
